Liberal Democrats gain from SNP

A by-election was held for the Aird and Loch Ness ward of the Highland Council on 8 October 2015 following the resignation of SNP Cllr Drew Hendry, the new MP for Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch and Strathspey.

Jean Davis gained the seat for the Liberal Democrats.
