Heldon and Laich by-election, 2015

New Independent gain

A by-election was held for the Heldon and Laich ward of Moray Council on 1 October 2015 following the resignation of Independent Cllr Eric McGillivray for family reasons.

A previous by-election was held in the Heldon and Laich ward on 7 March 2013, covered here.

Dennis Slater gained the seat as a new Independent.
