SNP hold

A by-election will be held for the Irvine Valley ward of East Ayrshire Council on 1 October 2015 following the resignation of SNP Cllr Alan Brown, the new MP for Kilmarnock and Loudoun.

Elena Whitham held the seat for the SNP.
