Oban North and Lorn, July 2014

A by-election was held for the Oban North and Lorn ward of Argyll and Bute Council on 17 July 2014 following the resignation of SNP Cllr Louise Glen-Lee.

There was an earlier by-election held in this ward on 3 November 2011, covered here, and a later by-election held on 23 October 2014, covered here.

John MacGregor gained the seat as an Independent.
