Oban North and Lorn by-election, June 2016

New Independent gain

A by-election was held for the Oban North and Lorn ward of Argyll and Bute Council on 2 June 2016 following the resignation of SNP Cllr Iain MacDonald, who was originally elected as an Independent.

Kieron Green gained the seat as an Independent.
